We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else to do so. You agree not to:
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network.
- Breach or otherwise circumvent any security or authentication measures.
- Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Service.

5. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service, including your name, profile information, availability, and match results ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such User Content in any and all media or distribution methods, solely for the purpose of operating, developing, providing, and improving the Service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences of posting or publishing it.

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United Kingdom and foreign countries. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
7. Payments and Fees
The Service is currently provided free of charge. However, we reserve the right to introduce fees for certain features or services in the future. We will notify you in advance of any such changes.
The Service includes features for cost-splitting between users for expenses like court fees. Step on Court acts only as a platform for tracking these payments. We are not a party to any financial transactions between users and disclaim all liability related to such transactions.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not-limited-to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
In no event shall Step on Court, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
Our total liability to you for any and all claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the greater of £100 or the amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the action giving rise to liability.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
